What should I do if my sales kit hasn’t arrived?

Sales kits typically arrive within 2-4 business days. If it’s delayed:

  • Check MySwappie > Sale Status to confirm if the kit has been sent.
  • Double-check your shipping address in the confirmation email.
  • If it’s taking longer than a week, contact our Customer Support to request a new kit.
  • Alternatively, you can use your own sturdy packaging and the PDF shipping label provided via email.
Can I use my own packaging instead?

Yes. If you prefer or your kit is delayed, you can send your iPhone using your own rigid box. Ensure it’s:

  • Well-padded (e.g. bubble wrap) so the phone doesn’t move inside.
  • Free from any barcodes or old shipping labels.
  • Securely sealed to prevent any damage during transport

Important: an Original Apple box does not increase the price of the sale nor are we able to return it if you decide to cancel the sale.

How do I safely pack my iPhone for Swappie?
  • Make sure the iPhone is switched off before packing.
  • Use a sturdy cardboard box.
  • Cushion the phone with some padding so it won’t move or turn on during transit.
  • Don’t include any SIM cards or accessories.
  • Remove any old shipping labels or barcodes if reusing a box.

How do I ship my phone to Swappie?

Check the sale confirmation email you received from us. The email will contain a shipping label for one of these shipping providers listed below:

If using DHL Express:

Or

  • Go to DHL Pickup Scheduler.
  • Click No when asked if you need a label.
  • Enter your WAYBILL number (from your return label).
  • Fill in your phone number and contact details.
  • Enter package dimensions: 35 × 27.5 × 5 cm, weight: 0.5 kg.

If using DHL Parcel:

  • Drop your parcel off at the nearest DHL Service Point: Find Location
  • You can also schedule pickup and pay a small fee if preferred.

If using PostNord:

  • Bring the package to a PostNord shop.
  • If dropping the parcel off to a PostNord shipping locker, note that it can take up to two weeks before it is scanned for the first time. These parcel lockers are not emptied daily.

If using Posti (available only in Finland):

Do I need to include accessories or the original box?

No. Please only send the iPhone. Swappie cannot return or store any accessories, and they will be recycled upon arrival. Do not send charging cables, original packaging, or headphones.
