What are Swappie’s condition grades?

Swappie offers four appearance‑based grades, and every phone is fully tested, unlocked and works like new. Premium looks brand‑new and includes 100 % battery health. Excellent may have tiny scratches but no noticeable marks. Very Good has visible signs of wear, such as scratches or small dents. Fair shows heavier wear, with deeper scratches or dents.

Are Swappie phones waterproof?

Because the devices are refurbished, Swappie cannot guarantee that their original IP67 or IP68 water‑resistance ratings still apply. To avoid liquid damage, keep your phone away from water—water damage is not covered by the Swappie warranty.

Do Swappie phones come with accessories?

Every Swappie phone comes in a Swappie‑branded box with a charging cable (Lightning‑to‑USB for iPhone 14 and older, USB‑C for iPhone 15 and newer) and a SIM tray ejector tool. Headphones are not included for hygiene reasons. Charging adapters aren’t included but can be purchased separately. Additional accessories such as cases, chargers and Swappie Care can be added at checkout.
