Swappie supports major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna for secure and convenient transactions.
Can I pay for my Swappie iPhone in installments?
Yes, Swappie offers installment payments through Klarna. Simply select “Installment purchase with Klarna” at checkout for flexible payment options. For any Klarna-related inquiries, contact Klarna’s customer service: Klarna Support.
Checkout & Payment Issues #
Why was my Swappie payment declined?
Your payment may have been declined due to several reasons:
- Technical issues: Try a different browser/device.
- Authentication: Complete 2-factor authentication via email/SMS/app for verification codes (one-time password).
- Card/app limits: Verify that the online single transaction limit on your payment card or app is sufficient. Confirm international payments to Finland are enabled.
- Bank problems: If there is no visible payment record in your bank account or you haven’t received an SMS verification code, there may be an issue with your bank. Contact your bank if issues persist.
- Funds: Ensure sufficient funds are available using your preferred payment method.
How can I fix issues with my payment method?
- Try a different browser: Sometimes, technical issues can interfere with the payment process.
- Check your payment details: Ensure your card, PayPal, or MobilePay information is correct and up-to-date.
- Confirm sufficient funds: Make sure your account has enough balance for the transaction.
- Verify authentication: Look for verification requests from your bank or payment provider.
- Try an alternative payment method: Switch to another card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
- Contact your bank or payment provider: If the issue persists, your bank may be blocking the transaction.
What if I was charged incorrectly for my order?
If you notice an incorrect charge, please contact Swappie’s customer service immediately. Provide details such as the transaction amount, order number, and payment method used.
Invoicing & Receipts #
I want to get a VAT invoice for my order.
For business purchases, Swappie provides VAT invoices through our B2B platform. To ensure you receive the correct invoice, please place your order via Swappie’s B2B service.
After placing a B2B order, you will receive:
- A tracking link for your shipment.
- A PDF VAT invoice via email.
If you ordered from Swappie’s B2C platform, please note that VAT adjustments cannot be made afterward. If you require a VAT invoice, you will need to return the order and re-purchase through Swappie’s B2B service.
Refunds #
How long does it take to get a refund from Swappie?
Once your phone arrives at Swappie, the warranty team processes the return within approximately 5 business days.
- Refund Notification: After processing, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund
- Bank Processing Time: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5 business days of issuance.
What happens if I request a refund but my phone still has “Find My iPhone” enabled?
Swappie cannot process a refund if Find My iPhone is still enabled. Before returning your phone:
- Disable Find My iPhone on the device in Settings > Apple ID > Find My > Find My iPhone > Off.
- If you no longer have access to the device, disable it via iCloud.com.
- Refund processing will only begin once the feature is disabled.
If Find My iPhone remains enabled, the phone may be returned to you at your expense.
