If you don\u2019t see it, check your spam folder or contact us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inspection<\/strong>: Your phone will be inspected within 2\u20133 business days to verify its condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Price Confirmation or Adjustment<\/strong>: If everything matches your original description, payment will be processed within 2\u20133 business days. If we find differences, we\u2019ll email you with a new price offer\u2014you can choose to accept it or request your phone back at no cost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <a href=\"https:\/\/swappie.com\/ie\/myswappie\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/swappie.com\/ie\/myswappie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MySwappie<\/a> at any point to check what stage your phone is currently in.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection &amp; Price Adjustments<\/h2>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How does Swappie determine the final price of my phone?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your phone arrives at Swappie, our technicians inspect it to verify its condition. If it matches your original description, the final price will remain the same. If there are discrepancies\u2014such as additional scratches, dents, screen damage, or battery wear\u2014we\u2019ll update the price accordingly. You\u2019ll receive an email with the revised offer and can choose to accept or reject it.   <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What happens if Swappie changes the price after inspection?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the condition of your phone differs from what was described in your sales form, Swappie will send you a new price offer by email. You\u2019ll have the option to either: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accept<\/strong> the new price and proceed with the payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reject<\/strong> the offer, in which case your phone will be returned to you free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What if I disagree with Swappie\u2019s final price?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re not happy with the updated price offer, you can reject it by replying to the email and requesting your phone to be returned. Our Customer Support team will arrange the return at no additional cost to you. We can also share inspection photos and explain the reasons for the price adjustment, if needed.  <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can I get my phone back if I reject the price?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes! If you reject the adjusted offer, just reply to the price change email. We&#8217;ll return your phone within a few business days. No shipping costs will be charged.   <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Paid<\/h2>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>When will I receive payment for my iPhone?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once Swappie inspects your phone and confirms it matches your original description \u2014 or once you accept the adjusted price \u2014 we\u2019ll issue your payment confirmation within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take 1-5 business days for the money to appear in your account. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What should I do if there\u2019s an issue with my payment?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your payment hasn\u2019t arrived within 5 business days of confirmation, here\u2019s what to check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure the payment method you entered during the sales form (e.g., IBAN or PayPal) was correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your email inbox for any messages from Swappie requesting updated payment details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you selected PayPal as your payment method, make sure you&#8217;ve accepted the payment in your PayPal account after receiving the payment confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If something seems off or you haven\u2019t heard from us, contact Customer Support with your sale number, and we\u2019ll look into it for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Where will I be paid?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll receive your payment via the method you selected when filling in the sales form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bank transfer (IBAN)<\/strong>: The payment will be sent directly to the bank account you provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayPal<\/strong>: The payment will be sent to the PayPal email address you entered. Please make sure to accept the payment in PayPal after you receive your payment confirmation email. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These details aren\u2019t visible in MySwappie, so if you need to double-check or update them, please contact our support team.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canceling the sale &amp; returns<\/h2>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can I cancel my sale after sending my phone?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes \u2014 if you have<strong> not accepted the price or received a payment confirmation<\/strong>, you can still cancel the sale. Please reply directly to the price confirmation email or <strong>contact our Customer Support <\/strong>team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once confirmed, we\u2019ll return your phone to you free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>If the <strong>payment<\/strong> has already been <strong>processed<\/strong>, the sale is final and<strong> can no <\/strong>longer be<strong> canceled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>If I change my mind, but want to sell again in the future?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No problem! If you canceled your sale or didn&#8217;t proceed with shipping your phone to us previously, you can simply submit a new sales form whenever you&#8217;re ready to try again. Just remember:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The new offer will be valid for 14 days from submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll receive a brand new price estimate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>When will I get my phone back?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you request to cancel your sale before final payment is issued, we&#8217;ll return your phone within a few working days after confirming your cancellation.
